Our Capabilities Include:
- Liquid packaging, pour-up, and repackaging: ½ pint to 275-gallon IBC totes
- Reworking off-spec materials, pour-ups, repackaging, and re-blending liquid formulations
- Formulation and finishing of ECs and SCs
- Solid re-dispersion into liquids with 5 dispersers and 2 colloid mills
- Fine grind wet milling (2 media mills)
- Liquid product filtering and screening
- Complete liquid packaging line: filling, capping, labeling, induction sealing
- Bottle and case labeling, relabeling, palletizing, and pallet reconfiguration
- DF, EG, and WDG repackaging from drums, bags, and bulk bags into containers (½ lb to 60 lb)
- On-site Quality Control Laboratory
- Cleaning, recycling of packaging materials, waste handling, and disposal
- Drum auger system for solids removal and de-agglomeration
- Drum heating capabilities
